Role Overview
In collaboration with the product management team, the Analytics and Optimization Manager will direct the collection and reporting of all product analytics, as well as manage all A/B testing and optimization efforts.
The ideal candidate is passionate about all things data and takes pride in collaborating with the product owners to deliver actionable insight, driving the future roadmap.

Ownership and accountability: You are ultimately accountable for developing and executing a successful analytics and optimization plan and for doing what needs to be done to mobilize the organization to deliver.
Key Responsibilities
-Source, enable and manage all analytics and optimization tools
-Manage and deliver on complex analytical requests from both internal teams and external partners
-Prioritize requests through an analytics and optimization (A/B test) backlog
-Lead requirements gathering sessions, analyze requirements, design and develop dashboards
-Ensure that collected data is qualified, in the right format and actionable
-Support business users to answer complex business questions
-Coordinate across cross-functional teams
-Provide data analysis to drive proactive planning for product development
-Organize and run data modeling & visualization exercises
-Create dashboards in a data visualization tool
Ideal Candidate Profile
-Highly detailed oriented, and must display a passion for analytics and data visualization
-3-5 years of experience of analytics set-up, data visualization, reporting using BI tools and A/B testing
-BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business or analytical field
-Experience with analytics and performance monitoring tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Tableau and/or Google Data Studio
-Experience in setting up and improving digital marketing, commerce, and traffic optimization flows using A/B testing tools like Google Optimize or Optimizely
-Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and experience leveraging data for user personalization efforts within digital experiences
-Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing and --Business teams using storytelling, data, visualizations and/or examples
-Experience in balancing priorities and timelines across multiple stakeholders
-Possesses the ability to zoom in and out between the “big picture” strategy and the high attention to detail tasks
-High EQ, comfort with ambiguity and a “no job too small” startup mentality
