In this role, you will:

  • Lead, prioritize, and execute daily tasks in conjunction with the Operations team
  • Provide support to the Inventory Manager and communicate cross-functionally within teams across Fulfillment, Issues, and Customer Service
  • Facilitate and participate in full training on Inventory SOPs
  • Lead in the development & implementation of new processes, best practices, and core values
  • Take responsibility in delivering commitments and positive results
  • Oversee and reconcile receiving of bulk power seller deliveries in a timely manner
  • Ensure that the team has the support, knowledge, and resources necessary to provide accuracy and transparency of inventory for the company
  • Build extensive data by analyzing trends and fluctuations
  • Lead and influence the creation of new processes and methods
  • Maintain and create a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Take risks, try new things, and be a problem solver
  • Be flexible with other projects as they surface, fostering a team dynamic and can-do attitude

We are looking for:

  • Minimum 3+ years experience working in an inventory support role – sneaker industry is a plus
  • Experienced in order fulfillment, fulfillment support, order picking and all inbound/outbound mechanisms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Problem solver with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong background in maintaining a high volume of inventory
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Skilled in Google Docs, Excel, SQL
  • Must be able to work while standing and walking and be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong knowledge of the sneaker industry is preferred, but not required
