WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are currently looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our team. This is a great opportunity to grow your compensation and HR knowledge with a growing tech company. This role requires attention-to-detail, excellent analytical skills, and ability to deal with confidential information. In addition, this individual should have strong written and verbal communication skills to partner with all members in the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Perform staff support activities to design, develop, implement, and administer compensation policies and programs including but not limited to salary structures, bonus plans, allowances, and equity

  • Assist the compensation team with projects such as creating salary structures, conducting a pay equity review, revising career tracks and titles, and implementing appropriate modules in Workday

  • Assist the compensation team with the annual company-wide merit planning and bi-annual promotion cycle processes

  • Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position

  • Assist with auditing compensation and titles in Workday

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners on compensation issues and communications

  • Work closely with HRIS on Workday changes/approvals

  • Work closely with Finance, Internal Audit, and other G&A departments as needed

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university or relevant substitute experience

  • 1+ years relevant work experience in a professional environment

  • Strong Excel skills, and proven ability to accurately analyze and interpret data

  • Professional experience in fast-paced tech environment with shifting priorities is preferred

  • Experience working at a global, publicly-traded company is a plus

  • Workday experience is a plus
