POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is seeking an experienced Manager to join our Revenue Cycle Management Analytics team. This management role will be responsible for driving analytics and change initiatives throughout our revenue cycle. This role will collaborate closely with the operational leaders within the Revenue Cycle team and corresponding internal and external stakeholders. 

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Build, train, and manage an analytical team responsible for the Practice’s complex Revenue Cycle reports and recommendations 
•    Establish the strategic direction of analytics for Revenue Cycle operations 
•    Provide leadership oversight into development of analytics infrastructure (data warehouse, Tableau, etc…)
•    Develop and maintain pricing strategies that aligns with RP’s growth
•    Support operational leaders by providing standardized reporting, analytics, and dashboards highlighting key areas for improvement 
•    Identify revenue opportunities by location, region, and industry trends 
•    Monitor and report out on health plan and third-party charge capture, collection activities, and revenue cycle performance 
•    Provide ad-hoc analytical support to department leaders using a variety of tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL, etc.)
•    Perform self-directed quality assurance and evaluation on large amounts of data 
•    Create and track operational KPIs to ensure that the Practice is making a meaningful impact to the RCM business model
•    Implement solutions and processes to facilitate optimal revenue cycle efficiencies 
•    Review regulatory changes and industry trends affecting pricing and reimbursement and present findings to leadership for operational changes

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 
•    Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business, healthcare, and/or accounting required. Master’s degree preferred
•    7+ years of professional experience working in an analytical role within a healthcare environment
•    4+ years in a Manager or higher level role
•    Deep operational knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle 
•    Working knowledge of revenue cycle data models 
•    Strong research, problem-solving, and analytical skills; understanding of business intelligence tools
•    Ability to build complex models
•    Strong ability to independently drive results and meet deadlines
•    Highly analytical with proven ability to extract, manipulate, and interpret data strongly preferred
•    Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various cohort levels
•    Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•    Flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks and challenges
•    Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills
