GTM Operations Analyst

Why you’re important to us:
You will help manage our biggest data challenges, generate insights, and work with our internal teams to drive efficiencies in our reporting processes. You will work closely with PatientPop leadership to ensure goals are met, we have efficient and scalable processes in place, and we’re defining a path for short-term and long-term growth.
How you will contribute:
The GTM Operations Analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining key pieces of data infrastructure, and for generating insights from them.
The Retention & Customer Analytics Lead will be a key partner to PatientPop leadership to analyse the key drivers of customer value, sales efficiency, and demand generation. This person will be responsible for spearheading key data initiatives across our go-to-market (Sales, Customer Success and Marketing) teams in collaboration with PatientPop leadership. These will include establishing and tracking key metrics to analyze retention performance and customer success, making recommendations on how to improve performance and working cross-functionally to evolve the organization.
Alongside their responsibilities in helping to guide the organisation strategically, the GTM Operations Analyst will also have reporting and analysis for PatientPop at all levels up.
You will stand out with:
- You have 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role with strong attention to detail.
- You are a structured problem solver with excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- You have a track record of partnering with leadership teams to make data actionable, set strategy and drive change initiatives.
- You have demonstrated expertise working with Salesforce or other reporting tools.
- Microsoft Excel and Google Suite proficient.
- Experience working with SQL and BI tools for data modelling work
