Growth Analytics Manager

As a Growth Analytics Manager on the Digital + Growth team, you’ll help grow revenue and margin of sweetgreen’s business across all channels that the company operates. You’ll dive into data from a wide range of sources, analyze and synthesize information to glean insight, and ultimately make data driven recommendations to a range of partners within the team, including business channel owners, marketers, logistics operators, and product strategists.

Example responsibilities of this role include:

• Establishing and reporting on key operating metrics to guide data driven decision making across different functions of the team
• Understanding the performance of promotional marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new users or increasing engagement of existing users
• Deepening our understanding of customer segments, behaviors, and customer lifetime value
• Understand the performance of feature changes via A/B testing, and diving more deeply into observable customer behaviors to enable experience improvement

Tools and techniques we expect strong candidates to be experienced with include:

• 3+ years of analytics experience, leveraging SQL, Tableau, and other analytics tools
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and execution
