About This Role

In this role you will administer, maintain and develop the master data within a variety of Apeel’s systems to ensure information held is accurate and up to date working with both internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Administer and maintain accurate data within the systems used by the master data team
• Work across a variety of systems
• Liaise with various teams in the Company
• Maintain, review and monitor systems to ensure data accuracy
• Assist with the maintenance and review of system user guides to ensure they are accurate and up to date at all times
• Support internal projects to ensure activities are completed within given timelines
• Perform all product inventory functions including inspection, cycle counting, and data entry
• Review IMS for accuracy, completeness, and proper approvals; escalate challenges with documentation and tracking as needed
• Review exception reports daily and ensure all correcting entries are posted
• Assist in other operations and office duties as requested

What You Bring

• 2+ years of inventory and/or data entry experience in a fast-paced business environment, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing operation
• Prior experience with inventory management systems, preferably Fishbowl, Oracle or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Experience with Mac and G Suite (Google) preferred
• Oracle ERP or similar ERP experience in part numbering, data entry, co ordinating part number release process and updating SOP documentation
• High School diploma
