About You

We are looking for a humble, hungry and smart Digital Analyst to join our growing Media Solutions team. You will be a great fit if

About the Role

The Digital Analyst at Single Grain is a new position and you will leverage your own insights, industry knowledge, and experiences to be a pioneer in this role. You are a data-fanatic that can compile reports and extract compelling insights to tell a story. You thrive in a collaborative environment with team members that are equally ambitious, hard-working, and intelligent. You will report to the Head of Media Solutions.

  • Collaborate with the Media Solutions team in digital analytics engagement and be accountable for making strategic recommendations based on data insights, trends, and learnings
  • Evaluate campaign performance and identify major developments as well as correct underperforming areas for optimization
  • Extract meaningful data to create cohesive presentations and reports presentable to other team members and clients
  • Stay current on digital media measurement tools, best practices and research to ensure we stay ahead of the curve in our knowledge and capabilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in analytics within the digital media scope, including paid and organic search
  • Experience with web analytics such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Segment.io, and other industry-known tools
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, Hubspot, Click Funnels, and more
  • Experience with client CMS such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Drupl, and Magnento
  • Exceptional organizational, time and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written, and verbal) and ability to translate data into “plain English”
