Data Platform EngineerWho You Are:

You are a flexible backend generalist with interests in data-architecture, machine-learning applications, and/or AB testing infrastructure. You will be responsible for building data pipelines to fuel analytics across multiple backend teams, aiding in near real-time data-warehousing efforts, productionizing novel predictive modeling techniques, and providing key support for the data-driven rollout of new features across the entire backend infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in testing and deployment infrastructure for data-warehousing, machine-learning, feature-rollout, and A/B testing needs company-wide.
• Build, test and refine data pipelines, both batch and streaming, across our analytics teams.
• Automate data quality monitoring and improve auditing capabilities
• Research and promote new tools and techniques to increase velocity across all the above elements.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience working with Data-Warehousing automation/deployment
• Deep interest in novel, useful, and ultimately, practical machine-learning applications
• Experience in at least one scalable ETL & workflow management tool
• Strong proficiency in SQL (Any flavor will do)
• Expert proficiency in Python
• Excellent communication ability
