Job Description Summary:
As a Data Analyst at Honey, you will:
• Transform high-level business requirements into detailed analytical solutions and play a hands-on role in leveraging technology to build them
• Build, maintain and automate data models and reporting that support key business decisions across Honey's various entities using Big query, dbt, Periscope and Python
• Derive actionable insights based on quantitative and qualitative research to understand opportunities and identify gaps. Further, use this research to help grow and optimize the business through deep-dive analysis on large data sets
• Serve as a primary resource in integrating Honey's data assets in PayPal's data infrastructure
• Design, implement and maintain efficient and scalable ETL and reporting solutions & processes
• Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.
• Work and establish good working relationships with other marketing/marketing analytics teams to leverage existing infra for the team and continuously engage with these teams for idea cross-pollination - Collaborate with the strategic managers to ensure alignment with the future need of the business

We are helping millions save when they shop online, and we're hiring! We are actively seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join the Analytics Team in our Los Angeles office.
About the Team:
We work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to gather insights from data to connect customers with Honey better. We work closely with one another and have autonomy in working on projects that interest us as it relates to business needs.
About You:
- More than 3+ years working in a marketing analytics role, affiliate marketing and/or agency experience is a plus
- At least 2+ years of experience with dashboarding tools like Tableau/Periscope
- Advanced proficiency with SQL (Big Query) and highly skilled in at least one scripting language such as Python.
- Expert in ETL, big data platforms
- Working knowledge of Python, R, and/or other data-wrangling capabilities are a plus
- Advanced experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing or ad platform data preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and a fast-paced environment
