What You’ll Do

As a Data Analyst, you are responsible for collecting, organizing, validating, and analyzing data from various sources in order to make conclusions about our client’s industries and consumers. This information can come from a variety of different sources including: client provided information, desktop research, purchased reports and/or from studies you set up yourself. As a Data Analyst, one of your core responsibilities will be to synthesize the data provided or collected in order to create client facing presentations or documentation that tells a story.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Performing desktop research to learn about our client’s industries (expert blog platforms, association networks, related studies, etc.).

  • Setting up appropriate studies using the client’s (or industry’s) target audience to gather insights.

  • Digesting client provided market research in order to facilitate your own conclusions or studies.

  • Exploring and implementing a variety of market research methodologies.

  • Providing conclusions based on industry specific research or studies through client facing presentations. You will also be responsible for presenting your findings over the phone or in person.

  • Repurposing valuable information gathered or collected into best practice reports or presentations to be shared internally.

  • Collaborating directly with clients, agency partners, and other stakeholders to ensure the continuity and accuracy of all data

Experience:

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Computer Science, Communication, or related field of study

  • Must have experience in researching, compiling and reporting on market data & trends

  • Experience curating surveys, questionnaires & polls

  • Must be detail-oriented and be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be proficient with Google Docs, and Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, Marcos, V-lookups) and PowerPoint for visually compelling presentation creations
