About the Role

This role will be responsible for defining and interfacing with teams and systems that drive our operations which includes Supply Chain; Merchandising; Studios; Retail Operations and others. Fashion Nova Logistics is in a hyper growth stage, with a substantial pipeline of core development and software implementation projects. This role is key to our team’s success in delivering solutions used across all aspects of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Define, Analyze, and evaluate existing WMS system, configure, test and support business functions and processes leveraging Warehouse Management System.
• Make recommendations to management on opportunities for process improvements by utilizing and leveraging the application.
• Elicits and documents requirements from various levels of business users by determining operational objectives, goals, and constraints.
• Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications to stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
• Works with technical teams (onshore and offshore), Project managers, and Business stakeholders to scope, estimate level of effort and manage development.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation and meeting facilitation skills. Ability to present ideas and information in group settings and to Sr. business leads.
• Ability to translate technical issues in simple terms to business users – Some understanding of programming techniques and infrastructure, along with knowledge of the full software development and project management lifecycle.
• Improve systems by studying current practices; documenting existing processes and workflows and designing modifications.
• Manages how System changes are deployed and responsible for supporting and training users on different systems/applications. 
• Monitors adoption and efficacy of new systems, process, and tools to identify areas of opportunity; recommends mitigation actions and process improvements.
• Ability to create Test Cases and scenarios as well as facilitate UAT sessions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree is required, with minimum of 4 years in a System Analyst role with focus on Information Technology and Supply Chain Management.
• 4+ years of technology experience working with warehouse management system (preferred HighJump and/or Manhattan Associates).
• Knowledge of automation of warehouses – Sorters, put to light, WCS integrations. With emphasis in integrations with host systems, shipping tools, parcel carriers.
• Knowledge of retail and/or ecommerce operations, specifically in the areas of ERP, WMS, and SC.
• Experience leveraging prototyping, modelling, and process flow tools.
• Experience defining workflows and processes in a fast-paced, Agile, distributed model.
• Excellent communication; documentation skills.
• Experience with the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.) is a plus.
