Renew is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Business Operations Analyst to join our team. Working across the company, you will play a key role in providing strategic and operational insights to help guide our business forward. • Work cross-functionally to help analyze and drive strategic initiatives across Renew while supporting day-to-day business operations as we scale
• Perform recurring and ad-hoc analysis to analyze operating metrics and trends, synthesizing simple answers to complex business and operational questions
• Help create analytics dashboards and other reporting to provide crucial visibility and real-time insights to Renew’s leadership team across all areas of the business
• Research industry trends, monitor the competitive landscape, and drive other market insights as necessary
• Take on special projects to support important initiatives within Renew

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, an analyst/strategy role at a technology company, or equivalent
• Exceptional record of academic and professional achievement
• A top-tier business and analytical toolkit, including expert Excel skills and strong experience building financial and/or operational models
• Experience with SQL and data visualization products (e.g. Tableau, Looker) a huge plus
• Comfort with ambiguity, first-rate problem solving skills, and an ability to get stuff done
• Sense of humor and humility
