We are looking for a talented Business Data Analyst with a strong technical background and one who is passionate about developing impactful solutions to data reporting problems and creating an environment that allows senior management to dive deep into financial data. As a Business Data Analyst your day-to-day will involve working with the Finance, Servicing, Product, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and maintain financial reports to assist various teams in their reporting and reconciliation needs.
• Assist the finance and business stakeholders in driving improvements in their daily, weekly, and monthly processes.
• Develop and maintain high quality, easy to maintain recurring dashboards & reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with product managers, engineers, finance, servicing and other business stakeholders to become a source data expert.
• Run ad hoc analyses to answer specific Finance team day-to-day questions or support larger initiatives

Basic Qualifications:

• MUST be very proficient with SQL
• Experience with BI systems (Periscope, Tableau, etc)
• Experience with data modeling
• Bachelor’s Degree or greater (technical or science degree preferred).
• 2+ years of experience reporting on large and complex data sets.
• Solid understanding on RDBMS and data modeling for scalability and performance.
• Experiencing communicating results and analyses to technical and non-technical audiences
• Previous experience as a Business Data Analyst
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Experience with APIs
• Experience with data ETLs
• Experience or deep knowledge in Real Estate & Finance
