Responsibilities:

• Becomes an expert on the MomentFeed platform and how it empowers brands to better connect with their customers locally and socially
• Participates on multiple projects in varying phases of implementation simultaneously, across a wide range of responsibilities
• Works within overall project plan and schedule, and advises Project Manager on updates based off analysis of client needs
• Meets directly with client’s business users to identify project objectives
• Advises clients on product configuration and business process decisions based on best practices
• Leads the business requirements gathering process for client customizations
• Leads business process engineering initiatives, including the creation of structured process documentation for executing both client facing workshops and internal product configuration
• Analyzes client performance and utilizes findings to optimize best practices, update processes, and advise internal teams on client experience improvement
• Understands and advises internal implementation execution team on reconciliation of data into standardized formats through data manipulation
• Oversees the successful syndication of client location data to Facebook, Google, Foursquare, Bing, Apple Maps and other supported networks
• Participates in customization design sessions with the Technical Services managers
• Collaborates and interfaces with client team—project managers, technical teams, and executive sponsors—to assure project success
• Facilitates communication upward and across internal project team including project status, justifications for variances, and technical information
• Meets as needed with Product Managers and developers assigned to the project to get periodic task updates on customization work and clarify questions
• Ensures that all methodology deliverables are complete
• Creates post implementation reports to drive and prove MomentFeed’s value to the client
