As the Business Analyst, Operations, you will be creating transparency to the organization by providing modeling, easily accessible data, and actionable insights from a variety of operational data sources. Your experience in processing data and creating proper methods for analyzing and preparing data for decision making will allow you to guide planning and decision making at the operational and organizational level. Dashboards that you create will be used by the entire organization to understand and drive successful outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Create models for operational planning, including capacity and investments
• Create dashboards that will allow operations main-case and exception management
• Partner with FP&A on actuals analysis, financial planning and growth strategies
• Collaborate with finance on planning activities
• Create the framework for data consumption by a wide variety of staff and executives
• Create business cases, ROI calculations, and SWOT analysis
• Help guide KPI creation, target setting, and measuring
• Create, document, and share best practices

What You'll Need to Have

• 2+ years hands-on experience in planning, including capacity and investments, preferably in an operational setting
• Expertise in creating dashboards and data visualization using Tableau, Chartio or similar tool
• Financial and/or operations modeling
• Comfortable working in Google Drive / Docs / Sheets
• Expert-level MS Excel skills
• Early-stage start-up / tech company experience
• Demonstrated ability to perform with grace under pressure
• Multi-tasking skills in a fast-moving and changing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Bachelor’s Degree
