• Grasp data structure – how and where the data resides and how to pull in to meaningful reporting
• Interpret data and deliver a point of view
• Collaborate with other departments to collect appropriate business data
• Explore data definition from different data sources and identify the variance
• Manage customer eco-system
• Define growth customers to drive to the sales managers and account executives
• Train and guide others
• Keep abreast of market trends and identify new customer opportunities that reflect demands, needs and opportunities.
