About the Role:

We are building a world class Analytics team to help our customers get the most out of our unique data. Our ideal team member can do it all, is comfortable using the right-side and left side of their brain, loves data and is ready to take on any project in fast moving start-up environment. We are looking for folks who are able to get stuff done without compromising the quality of their work. You should be highly analytical and enjoy digging into data using SQL, Python, or any other language that makes getting to the data more efficient. You ideally worked for several years in an analytical role. Responsibilities:

• Interpret data, analyze results and provide ongoing reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

Application Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Applied Math, Management Information Systems or a related discipline
• Intermediate to advanced SQL
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Good business intuition and basic understanding of business principles
• Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbally and written) effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role or a graduate degree
• VBA experience
• Experience with Python or R
• Experience with front-end visualization languages
• Experience doing predictive modeling
