Summary
The Associate Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting analytics on The Big Know (TBK) platform at mPulse Mobile. Additionally, this candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive analytics presentations and reviewing them with clients. They will set up analytics for clients using Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Data Studio (GDS), as well as respond to ad-hoc client analytics requests. This role is key as The Big Know platform continues to expand and deliver high-end analytics support.

Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
Set up analytics for clients using GA and GTM
Create dashboards in GDS for clients to review real-time data
Analyze data in GA
Analyze data through Excel
Monitor and solve issues with data tracking
Organize and document analytics file structures
Optimize data gathering processes
Keep track of upcoming features on TBK platform and assess how analytics will integrate
Answer unique client data requests
Utilize SQL to wrangle large data sets
Create decks to present to clients through PowerPoint
Create and present high-end visualizations to display complex data in a clear way
Skills, Abilities and Experience:
Experience with Google Analytics suite
Proficiency with Excel
Experience with PostgreSQL
Presentation building and storytelling skills
High attention to detail and precision
Ability to think creatively to solve complex analytics questions
Ability to identify when data feels off and needs correcting
Self-sufficient
Minimum Qualifications:
Familiarity with Microsoft and Google applications
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of manipulating numbers and data
Quick and attentive learner
Attention to detail and diligence in responding to internal and external requests
