Our Trust & Safety team is dedicated to protecting our user base. We are looking for a Trust & Safety Analyst to help us investigate abuse, TOS violations, and keep our users around the world safe. In this role you will: 

• Protect our ecosystem, prevent fraudulent activity, enforce our TOS, and help improve the Tinder experience
• Review and investigate reports of potential violations of Tinder’s policies and handle escalated emails
• Participate in creating and refining Tinder user policies
• Work closely with the rest of the community team, PR, and Legal
• PLEASE NOTE: this position requires a full work day on the weekend, in exchange for a day off during the week

We're looking for:

• Minimum of 1+ years in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of Zendesk
• Ability to understand and summarize complex cases quickly
• Superior analytical skills and excellent judgement
• Ability to multitask, keep up with large volumes of emails in a fast-paced environment
• Superior time management and prioritization skills

• Bachelor degree or higher
