Our Account Management team works closely with our advertising partners to ensure their business goals are met or exceeded, and maintains a high level of support and guidance in creating the best possible advertising experience.
Account Analysts partner with Account Managers to provide our partners with real-time performance analysis and troubleshooting, as well monitor compliance and best practices. They are partner-facing, and highly collaborative in nature, and enjoy working with the entire team to get things done. They don’t shy away from raising questions and tackling new challenges, while independently managing priorities and work flow.
What You Can Expect on the Account Management Team:
- Support partners and Account Managers with real-time data needed to improve advertising campaigns and strengthen relationships
- Visualize large data sets, and create dashboards that can be easily shared and communicated with partners
- Dig into the data and find new opportunities for partner growth, and communicate directly with partners and Account Managers on ways to improve traffic and meet business goals
- Respond to ad hoc requests, and take the initiative to improve wherever possible
- Learn the ins and outs of web and email monetization
What You Can Bring to the Team:
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative or business-related field
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and/or SQL
- Experience in a client- or customer-facing role is not required but highly desirable
- Proactive approach to learning, outgoing and personable communication, and intrinsic motivation to do and be better
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a strong team atmosphere and democratic decision-making
- Ability to self-manage, while not being afraid to raise questions and concerns in real-time and leverage existing knowledge and experience
