 How you will contribute:

Working directly with our VP of Business Systems and our CTO you will be in charge of handling hardware and software support, resolving software errors, installing and updating software, on-boarding new hires, developing processes, installing and replacing hardware, and training end-users. You will complete ongoing infrastructure, maintenance, and system checks. Additionally, you are responsible for arranging and implementing office moves, including reinstalling computers, hardware, and cabling. In addition, we are looking for a person eager to grow and learn.

Skills you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years of experience working in a fast paced and hyper growth environment
  • 2+ years of recent management experience in a technology company
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and VPN is needed in this role.
  • Should have experience creating new IT initiatives and processes 
  • Ability to support both MAC (primarily) and Windows operating systems, software, and perform maintenance as required in-person and remotely.
  • Able to champion quality processes to enable scaling of IT infrastructure.
  • Should have experience working with all levels of the organization with various levels of technical aptitude.
  • Extensive experience managing outside vendors, planning and executing long term projects
  • Experience with end-point Protection, you should know how to implement/configure and rollout.
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki and OneLogin are essential in this role.
  • Experience rolling out and management of device security, asset management and backup solutions in mixed MacOS and Windows environments.

In 90 days you will:

Be responsible for managing the computer hardware, handling network, phone wiring, supporting the engineering team and software to ensure smooth set-up of our hardware. This is an exciting and diverse dual role between the People and Engineering Teams.
