At PatientPop, we believe healthcare providers should focus their attention on delivering quality care to patients. That's why we devised a solution that allows providers to build a thriving practice, without being tied down by the burdens of business growth.

We've helped thousands of providers since our founding in 2014. Along the way, we cultivated an incredible work environment — one of the best, according to Great Place to Work.

Our dedicated team brings a blend of experiences that drives innovation and customer success. Our development-focused culture allows employees to thrive personally and professionally. And our bustling (dog-friendly!) offices are in an enviable location: just two blocks from the beach and around the corner from 3rd Street Promenade.

Now, we want you to be a part of it all.

How you will contribute:

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, your job is to ensure that our customers have gone through the proper implementation process so that they are set up for success at the time of product launch. Keeping in mind website functionality, SEO, and user experience, the quality of the website launch depends on you. You will work with multiple customer onboarding teams and serve as the final frontier to safeguard the accuracy of production across the organization.

Skills you’ll bring:

  • One or more years of experience working in a Customer Onboarding environment.
  • Proven track record of managing customer escalations, balancing customer expectations, and negotiating successful resolutions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with client teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Resourcefulness. You are known as someone who can find solutions to problems you have never encountered before.
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing startup environment. Things move pretty fast around here, so being able to adapt to new situations is important.

Why you're important to us:

The role of the Customer Quality Assurance Analyst is integral to the success of PatientPop’s onboarding team. As a Customer Quality Assurance Analyst, you will review the work of several teams to ensure we are launching a product that sets up our customers for long-term success and satisfaction on our platform. The Customer Quality Assurance Analyst’s primary focus is to assist other onboarding teams in following best practices regarding SEO, User Experience and Product Functionality. Our websites can’t launch without your final approval.

In 90 days you will:

You will become an expert of PatientPop’s onboarding process and acquire a deep understanding of our product and why we build our platform in a certain way. You will become familiar with common onboarding scenarios and the best practices that surround those situations. You will start to become familiar with explaining those best practices to others teams. You will refine your project management skills as you work on several tasks at a time while maintaining a short project turnaround time.

PatientPop has one simple mission: to help healthcare practices thrive. We do this by giving providers everything they need to attract and recall patients to continuously grow their practices.

Our solution is the first complete cloud-based platform that's HIPAA-compliant and proven to accelerate new patient acquisition, while also eliminating the need for dedicated marketing resources. With PatientPop, providers can attract more patients, manage online reputation, modernize the patient experience, and automate the front office — all without sacrificing quality patient care.
