Video Catalog Coordinator (Temp)

Job Functions:
- Manage video metadata, content ingestion and delivery to digital partners for heavy catalog project
- Scheduling all products in Digital Supply Chain scheduling modules and business systems
- Product & Track level metadata entry & management; including digital product build and asset assignment in R2
- Submission, review and management of all digital content and assets according to the Digital Supply Chain rules and standards
- Manage any partner restrictions/exceptions or rights restrictions on scheduled products
- Liaise with the UMG Digital Supply Chain to ensure that content and data sent into the Supply Chain meets the required delivery standards of UMG delivery partners
- Troubleshoot metadata or delivery issues on all products

- Knowledge of digital video formats a plus
- Understanding of Final Cut Pro, QuickTime Pro or other video software a plus
- Working understanding of key record label operations terms and assets; i.e. ISRC, UPC, publishers, wav files, DDP
- Strong organizational, administrative and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience:
- 1-3 years of previous production management, video production, or label operations experience
- Comfortable with data heavy projects
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Education:
- Degree preferred
