To help meet the demand of InvestCloud’s growth, we are looking for a creative, dynamic and passionate trainer to enable employees and partners expand their proficiencies using our proprietary development tools tool-set. ​This multi-modal training program combines instructor-led training, application exercises, scenario-based project sprints, and more to develop and hone based and professional developments skills.

Since InvestCloud is developing at an exponential rate, you will need to be forward thinking and creative in your approach to addressing big challenges. In this role, you will need to be an excellent communicator, comfortable with both hardware and software content, and it is expected that you will have the patience and ability to work well with peers and wider team members within the organization.

In this role, you’re expected to learn and attain proficiency using our proprietary web development tools and be able to ​synthesize ​and ​deliver highly technical concepts to audiences ​with​ varying technical skill levels​.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitation and Instruction​: You’ll facilitate and deliver training across different channels, including live classroom training, virtual online classrooms, and tutorial videos. You’ll show a strong command of classroom management, adapting to deliver the most engaging, interactive experience possible.

• Instructional Design: ​You’ll develop learning experiences for a targeted audience that helps build technical skills and competencies to be successful. You’ll incorporate your technical front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and training experience to design a variety of content, including presentation slides, job aids, and practical exercises.

• Measurement:​ You’ll measure the effectiveness of your training through.

  reaction, trainee learning, performance change, and longer-term employee development milestones. You’ll also develop assessments to measure the success of your programs.

• Communication:​ You’ll collaborate with internal teams (Product, SDK, Marketing, Delivery) advocating on behalf of your training responsibilities for process changes and eliminate any functional bottlenecks as needed.

• Be a ​Training​ ​Evangelist ​with employees, partners and external communities.

• Assist with content creation for the internal eiki as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years previous experience working as a technical author or a training facilitator.

• Exceptional ability to clearly communicate and present technical concepts to non-technical and technical audiences.

• Willingness to learn, design and facilitate engaging, interactive trainings in both virtual and in-person training experiences environments.

• You are coachable, humble, and are excited by fluid, challenging, and fast-paced work environments.

Moderate to Expert knowledge on the following:

• MS Office: Excel and Powerpoint

• Web technologies:​ HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and mobile development.

• Experience working as part of a cross-functional team (including sales,

  engineering, marketing and product).

• You are coachable, humble, and are excited by fluid, challenging, and

  fast-paced work environments.
