Technical Content Creator

We are looking for someone to partner with our Product team to help with content delivery. This role will be a unique blend of content creator, tech writer, and instructional designer. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with different stakeholders and make this role your own.
How you will contribute:
- Develop and maintain content that meets the needs of the target audience and sets up both internal and external users for success.
- Evaluate and analyze complex information and have a natural desire to help people understand things that are hard to understand.
- Work with product management, development and support leads to identify all documentation and video content repositories, revise and edit, and maintain them
- Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability
- Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs and create content that matches them
- Create product how-to videos and in-app guides for every release
Skills you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- More than 3 years of working experience in a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic HTML/XML knowledge and good video editing skills
- Experience creating and refining content including visuals, videos, and Pendo guides
