We are looking for a highly detailed and creative strategic thinker for our Senior Social Media & Entertainment Marketing Associate. This person will lead GOAT’s social media presence on key social platforms with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok. In this role you will be responsible for helping us grow our presence through engaging content campaigns, competitive insights, platform trends and community-centric thinking. We are looking for someone who brings expertise and exciting social ideas that align with our brand values and increase our brand awareness & affinity. 

In this role you will:

  • Manage the monthly social content calendar including liaising with relevant internal stakeholders to align on planning (i.e. Merchandising, Content, Design)
  • Lead and execute daily channel operation: content planning and community management across all GOAT social platforms
  • Oversee daily content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & TikTok
  • Actively reply to DM’s and engage with relevant content (partner, talent posts) in order to nurture ongoing and build new relationships
  • Source UGC content for our monthly franchise
  • Utilize social analytics tools to provide weekly, monthly, and post-campaign reports including insights that inform future actions, platform trends and competitive listening
  • Serve as a thought leader in creative brainstorms by informing the broader teams on trends, best practices and general guidance/implications
  • Drive the execution of project timelines to meet milestones
  • Create creative briefs to pitch content creation that will advance brand building efforts

We are looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media publishing, social media, communications or marketing at an agency, in-house or equivalent experience
  • Creative, innovative personality 
  • Deep understanding and passion for social media platforms
  • Experience with Social Media Social Listening/Analytics tools. (ie: Social Bakers, Sprout, Tribe Dynamics, etc.)
  • Experience with community management
  • Experience articulating and presenting ideas to broader team and senior management
  • Experience building decks on a regular basis to visually capture and demonstrate new concepts to the team
  • Strong analytical skills for measuring/tracking success and KPIs
  • Qualitative research skills, including the ability to interpret social insights and data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Exceptional time and project management skills
