Media.Monks is a digital-first marketing and advertising services company connecting the dots across content, data & digital media and technology services. Inspired by the connectivity and flexibility of technology APIs, Media.Monks’ single-P&L model offers brands seamless access to a nearly 6,000-strong team of digital talent organized across 57 talent hubs in 33 countries.

With us, you'll find a diverse group of colleagues with different backgrounds and perspectives. We believe everyone has something of value to offer, and that sustaining a truly diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace begins with fostering an environment where people can be themselves, authentically, every day. We want to build something with the potential to change the heart of our industry, and we’d love to include your unique perspective.

Now, about the opportunity: We are seeking a Senior Producer with a knack for line producing modest video shoots and can easily handle post-production, motion graphics, and video editing. This senior-level role requires prior experience in content production, marketing, asset creation, and integrated production. You are a perfect fit if you have agency experience and are great at working directly with clients. You can plan and line-produce a modest shoot and also handle the post-production editing and motion graphics.

Your time will be spent working remotely until the local office in your area is open again. At that time you will have the opportunity to spend time in the office as well.

In this role you will:

  • You will partner with one of our biggest clients to create and produce video content for various platforms, including web, social, display, banners, broadcast, etc.
  • You are a specialist in video and content production and post and will be in charge of the video deliverables' delivery, quality, and efficiency.
  • You are responsible for the production planning, creative development, and completion of video shoots & post/editing projects simultaneously.
  • You make sure that the work meets the client’s strategy, brand, and creative goals, as well as our quality standards.
  • You will be connected at the hip with the Account Director and your Project Managers to manage budget and client expectations.
  • This is a growth role, and you will help define and build the account video production team as revenue grows.
  • You’re responsible for scoping and quoting projects as well as timing and planning production work. You can manage simultaneous projects.
  • You kick-start new projects by reaching out to the right people internally, responding to client briefs.
  • A big part of your day-to-day is briefing team members on delivery objectives and keeping everyone informed on projects’ progress and the latest office gossip.
  • You work closely with our Account Directors, Creative Directors, Copywriters, Project Managers, and production teams across several time zones to make sure edits are tight, keyframes are locked, and pixels are pushed to perfection.
  • You make sure deadlines are met with lethal precision and flag the ones that aren’t attainable upfront.
  • Finding the key staff for the production (Directors, Crew, Talent, etc.)
  • You schedule, track, and prioritize assignments and make sure the right resources (we mean people, of course!) are available.
  • You liaise between clients and teams to make sure MediaMonks nails milestone after milestone, hustling internal resources to meet external deadlines no matter what.

Experience you already have:

  • A qualifying senior-level producer would have 5-7+ years of experience in video content and post-production.
  • You can produce small to medium size video shoots in real life and remotely.
  • Your post-production expertise ranges across all video platforms, including social, digital ad campaigns, explainer videos, apps, and websites. No screen is too large or too small.
  • You have a thorough understanding of the creative workflow of fast-paced design, editing, mograph, and animation projects.
  • You can collaborate comfortably with digital artisans, including creatives, writers, illustrators, designers, 2D animators, 3D animators, and editors.
  • You have technical video, post, mograph, and post knowledge to foresee and address possible planning/production issues, translating such projects’ complexity into lucid language that clients can understand. You may even know how to edit and or set keyframes yourself.
  • We need a true-born and fun-loving team player who can successfully work across teams, time zones, and technologies.
  • Spreadsheets are your natural habitat, project management tools your best friend (e.g., SmartSheet, Harvest, Forecast, Frame.IO, Google Workspace, Jira, Trello, Post-it notes).
  • You break the ice instead of breaking a sweat when facing the client and when facing crazy cases of ambiguity.
  • You have the experience and tools to solve problems in your back pocket, and you're not afraid to use them as needed.

The Perks

  • All benefits are effective starting the first day of the month following the start date
  • Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependent(s)
  • A 3% 401(k) match from the start
  • 3 weeks of paid time off in the first year (plus paid company holidays)
  • Pet insurance for one furry (or feathery) friend
  • Career training and learning opportunities
