We’re looking for an experienced Producer to join our team and drive our mission to transform the way humans learn, work and collaborate.

The Freelance Senior Producer is responsible for deliverables across multiple projects in Learning & Experience Design by thoroughly understanding client expectations, project needs, production and delivery milestones.

In this role you will:

• Drive awareness of deliverables through all phases of application development
• Identify risks and drive successful resolution in support of project plan milestones
• Facilitate collaboration and communication across the team, other departments and stakeholders and provide updates when needed
• Working in collaboration with the PM, create project schedules, dependencies, and resource allocation plan
• Mentor others to learn top-notch production skills and work within our production framework.
• Leverage external production knowledge and evaluate opportunities with new partners/vendors to evaluate new opportunities within Learning & Development

Experience we are looking for:

• 8+ years of experience working in a Producer role
• Bachelor's degree 
• 5 years of experience shipping interactive and/or gaming products and understand game development production pipeline
• Familiarity with AR, VR, development
• Strong ability to lead a team
• Expert organizational, documentation, communication skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to act with a sense of urgency
• Extensive understanding of project management, creative development, team management
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Understand product roadmap development process
• Very strong understanding of project schedules, dependencies, and resource allocation
