Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Sr. Manager of Content Strategy & Insights to join our growing organization in Los Angeles. As a senior member of our Content team, you will collaborate across editorial, product, engineering, and marketing teams to innovate new content formats, inform the product vision, and drive user engagement. In addition to streamlining cross-functional collaboration, driving qualitative and quantitative analyses, and delivering data-driven insights to internal and external partners, you will develop a team responsible for deepening engagement and supporting overall content and audience growth in the US market. - Develop and execute a comprehensive audience engagement strategy for the US market, leading content performance deep dives and identifying opportunities for growth - Drive cross-functional collaboration across content, product, engineering, and marketing teams, helping inform the product vision and ensuring strategic alignment on growth and engagement initiatives - Act as a spokesperson for the Content team in collaborative business groups, providing thought leadership to both internal and external partners - Monitor in-app trends and data sources, drawing insights to improve users' content experience - Pitch projects, A/B tests, and product innovations designed to drive the business forward - Manage and develop a team responsible for deepening user engagement in the US market: establish clear KPIs, prioritize projects, and provide clear growth trajectories for all team members

Qualifications

- 5+ years experience in audience development and/or content strategy roles within similar industry - 5+ years growing and managing teams - Significant experience working with product and/or engineering teams - Highly organized, proactive project manager - Excellent communication skills, ability to represent the company and product in external settings - Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data, identify problems, and develop constructive solutions - Deep knowledge of the media and entertainment industry and a clear passion for digital content
