The RFP Coordinator will manage and maintain team documentation efforts for responses to Request for Proposal (RFP) projects for enterprise-level prospects. This key position will collaborate daily with Account Executives and Sales Management as well as other internal stakeholders including the Solutions Engineering, Marketing and Legal teams.

What You'll Do

• This writer will be cross-trained to write for all products, but would specialize in responding to RFP requests for assessment and analytic solutions.
• Assist with the management of RFP intake
• Analyze RFP requirements and determine/ensure that proposals meet requirements
• Contribute to the creation/writing/editing of RFP responses
• Proactively coordinate proposal efforts with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Maintain project management documentationFacilitate proposal review, ensure edits are incorporated and manage final proposal submissions
• Produce professional results that reflect GoGuardian’s brand
• Maintain RFP schedule and content library

Who You Are

• 5+ years’ experience working in a professional environment preferably in proposal writing, marketing, or technical writing
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to aggregate technical information
• Works well with structured timelines and deadlines but is also flexible with changing priorities
• Ability to perform and deliver multiple projects on time
• Deliver results that are clear, accurate, technically correct and achieve messaging objectives
• Strong listening skills and overall communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge and understanding of cloud-based solutions and information technology strongly preferred
• Previous experience in Ed-Tech preferred
• APMP Certified preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
