Summary

Dave Inc. is looking for the next piece of our creative team! As a production coordinator, you’ll help plan all of Dave’s shoots for our marketing material and make sure the creative team is running smoothly. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and full of initiative for this position. We’re looking to build a collaborative team, so a creative and collaborative mindset is a must!

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the creative team’s activities
• Maintain the team’s schedule
• Order equipment, props
• Book talent
• Book locations
• Handle freelancer payment
• Work with internal team to keep track of resources and deadlines

Experience Required

• 1+ years in administrative role
• Strong organization skills

Experience Not Required, but a Plus

• Experience working in filmmaking/video production
• Experience working in marketing
