Ring is looking for a hungry, talented Producer to help manage and produce the various projects and personnel that come together for campaigns in the US market. The Producer will report to the Global Head of Production in the Los Angeles office, managing the timelines and activities associated with the creation, approval, delivery, testing and traffic of radio, online, and broadcast video content. The Producer is responsible for ensuring that campaigns are launched on time and meet brand and legal requirements.

Candidate must be a highly organized self-starter, able to handle various elements of the production and post production processes, with substantial production experience across multiple platforms. A positive attitude, a strong passion, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment are crucial.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external teams from concept through creation
  • Contribute to the strategic vision and have ownership of the final product's quality
  • Be passionate about delivering creative on time and on budget
  • Source and evaluate quality vendors who can elevate the work
  • Bid and negotiate with vendors for all aspects of TV production, editorial, post, and music
  • Collaborate with legal, talent, and music vendors on all financial and licensing mattersUnderstand and successfully navigate the bid process
  • Have basic knowledge of AICP, AICE, SAG, and AFTRA
  • Provide clear communication of project statuses to internal teams and any third-party vendors
  • Determine a project’s risk on an ongoing basis and escalate issues as needed
  • Monitor out-of-scope requests and initiate additional estimates and approvals
  • Assist global teams in creation of video assets for global territories

Basic Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and planning skills
  • Proactive approach to responsibilities and creative problem-solving
  • Self-motivated and willing to expand knowledge
  • Ability to work well independently but know when to escalate
  • Exceptional understanding of broadcast and video production, best practices, and best-in-class partners
  • Experience with interactive/digital projects is preferred
  • You must be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this role.
