Ideas from the team are critical in building our product. We do have definite roles, but if you've got an idea on how to improve something, from technical to gameplay, we want to hear it. What makes someone successful on your team?

A successful person in this company is someone who knows and is thrilled about what they are getting into. We aren't a corporate behemoth with an established line of products. We're a fledgling startup, forging paths into the unknown, building the company and its culture as we build the product. It's the most engaged I've been in a long time!
