    Job Description Summary:

    The Partner Enablement Specialist owns the content and messaging for PayPal partner content including the creation, management, and curation of content built about, for, and with PayPal partners.

     

    Job Description:

    The Partner Enablement Specialist owns the content and messaging for PayPal partner content including the creation, management, and curation of content built about, for, and with PayPal partners.

     

    In this role, you will have the following key responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage content to educate the PayPal partner sales team and PayPal partner sellers to advance deals in support of PayPal solutions.
    • Create partner enablement content including playbooks, pitch decks, sales guides, sales sheets, and other collateral in support of partner programs and strategic initiatives.
    • Work with key stakeholders in sales, product, and marketing teams to define, develop and deliver partner enablement content to ensure the Partner sales organization can execute effectively and continue to exceed revenue targets and deliver partner success.
    • Work collaboratively with the broader Global Revenue and Operations Enablement Team and other cross-functional teams at PayPal to understand, develop, and refine the set of broader partner enablement programs available related to partner training, partner implementations, and sales operations.
    • Build a trusted relationship with partner sales reps, product and marketing teams.
    • Communicate partner enablement plan and activities to stakeholders.
    • Coordinate and manage partner enablement meetings.
    • Analyze partner enablement content usage and provide recommendations actions.

    Skills and Experience

    • 6-8+ years in B2B partner enablement, customer success, or product marketing
    • A strong understanding of the partner sales environment and partner programs
    • Ability to translate value propositions for different PayPal partners and sellers into targeted messaging and content to drive results.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Able to build internal relationships with sales, product, and marketing
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Fast learner, detail oriented
    • Team player with strong intrapersonal skills
    • Strong project management skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Experience

    • Enablement experience with a payment service provider
    • Understanding of QR code payment solutions
