- Write clear, persuasive and compelling copy for emails, social media, promotions, websites and other marketing materials
- Write with a consistent brand voice — following existing brand voice guidelines when available and establishing brand voice guidelines when required.
- Work extensively with the Category Marketing Team to strategically position products
- Ensure the quality for each promotional campaign follows the established brand and creative guidelines including proofreading, grammar, promotional offer accuracy and landing page functionality.
- Participate in briefs, brainstorms, team meetings and presentations to develop and elevate our brand
- Research relevant industry topics to review and improve upon existing copy
- Research tech/retail industry demographics to better communicate with our audience
- Think strategically and creatively to understand all aspects of assigned projects and campaigns while meeting their respective deadlines
