How we LEAD:

The Universal Music Publishing Film & TV licensing team is looking for a detail oriented, efficient individual for a licensing administrator to work within our fast-paced synchronization clearance department. The right candidate will have the ability to perform data entry and have a general knowledge of music clearance & licensing. Great communication skills are crucial, as well as the ability to work mindfully within a team-driven atmosphere. A strong passion for music is a must!

How you'll CREATE:

  • Detailed input of negotiated deal points in UMPG's proprietary licensing systems
  • Review licenses and translate terms into licensing systems
  • Key point of contact for data entry
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Bring your VIBE:

  • Proven experience as data entry clerk
  • 1-2 years of experience in the music licensing field preferred.
  • Proven experience as data entry clerk
  • Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure/deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Resolution-oriented with the ability to think and act independently
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently under general direction
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, iTunes, Adobe
