GOAT Group is seeking a highly-detailed and experienced Event Producer who will support experiential marketing concepts and event production from development to complete execution.

The ideal candidate is in tune with industry trends and is expected to have strong knowledge of event production including vendor relations, fabrication and build. Project management and oversight are key to this position to help bring GOAT Group’s experiential ideas to life. This position will report directly to the Director of Content and will work with the content and brand marketing teams on the execution of experiences year-round.

In this role you will:

  • Lead multiple events simultaneously and oversee their development.
  • Serve as production lead with all vendors including venue, catering, internal creative brand team, fabricators, audio, lighting, content capture team, and staffing.
  • Translate vision to production by working with internal and external creative/production teams, while managing timelines and budgetary requirements.
  • Conduct all site visits and key client meetings.
  • Work with talent to secure and negotiate rates when needed.
  • Be responsible for creating and maintaining key event documents including budget, run of show, work back schedule, contact list, vendor database, etc.
  • Be the on-site production lead with all on-site vendors including lead for build/install, event and breakdown.

We are looking for:

  • Minimum 3+ years relevant experience in experiential production, agency, event, brand marketing experience
  • Strong background in consumer event production, retail design execution or fabrication, but not required.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate creative ideas.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, with confidence to multi-task and delegate as required.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel.
