We are looking for a content and copywriting manager to lead copywriting across Dave’s email, product, organic social and blog channels. You will be responsible for working with multidisciplinary teams to build experiences across Dave’s web and mobile platforms that inform, engage and build lasting relationships with our users. You will be the point person on copy quality and content strategy. The ideal person has impeccable attention to detail and experience in managing multiple projects across several teams. You have a deep sense of the way words can bring a brand to life and are able to translate a company’s big picture vision into the copy that its stakeholders encounter and interact with every day. 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, write, edit, test and improve copy that drives business metrics or impacts team goals
• Use data to measure the success of your words and to shape an ongoing strategy
• Maintain and document evolving tone of voice guidelines and content standards
• Act as a link between product, marketing and communications departments to ensure consistent tone of voice and messaging
• Develop a system to engage with users who leave positive reviews and share their stories across the Dave blog and organic social channels
• Work with email marketing lead to build out email flows that convert new customers and engage existing ones

Experience Required

• Extensive experience producing and managing copy for a wide variety of mediums--from UX writing to blog and email content
• Portfolio of writing, specifically around consumer-facing technology and financial topics
• Experience managing long-form and blog copy production while tracking metrics that support business goals
• A proven ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams and build approval processes that engage multiple stakeholders
• A strong sense of empathy with the consumer coupled with an ability to bring a brand to life through written words
