PaymentCloud is looking for a Content/Web Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You will be under the direct supervision of the Director of Content. In this role, you will help plan and facilitate marketing and social media campaigns. The individual we are looking for should have experience in content creation and a writing background. Additionally, he/she should have a general understanding of public relations, copywriting, and SEO practices.

The Coordinator will work alongside the Marketing Team, therefore, he/she will have to be in sync and contribute to improving campaigns with new and innovative ideas. Strong candidates will be able to handle a vast amount of work and will be eager to learn about the payments industry. He/she is organized, thorough, and eager to contribute to projects--as no assignment should be too big or too small. Activities will range from creating content for web consumption to implementing new email marketing and social media campaigns for a dynamic startup payments company to overseeing press releases related to major events pertaining to the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Produce well-researched content for publication online and in print
  • Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
  • Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content
  • Communicate and cooperate with a writing team, including a content manager, editors, and web publishers
  • Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement

Minimum Requirements:

  • B.A. (or experiential equivalent) in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, and/or Public Relations
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing and social media experience
  • Experience in content creation, digital marketing, and public relations
  • Blogger Experience
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
