Content Strategist
You live, breathe, eat and delete content. You’re a strategic creative with an all-consuming passion for everything content and how words are best used as a promotional tool — from expressing authentic brand messaging to positioning new ventures and driving growth initiatives. You’ve ideally had multiple years of experience in digital start-ups or SAAS businesses with design, product and technical teams, setting the strategy across owned and paid channels. Your work stimulates conversation, attracts new leads or simply builds brand awareness. Often, it’ll do all three.
Your mission is:
- To increase awareness, adoption, engagement and retention of customers for JM and our network of ventures.
You are:
- an expert in copywriting, content strategy, UX writing and scriptwriting
- a fantastic communicator (verbal and written)
- commercially astute and outcome-driven
- known for your ability to balance creative and analytical thinking
- a natural leader
- organised (and an organiser)
- data-driven and proficient
- decisive and efficient
- highly adaptable
- entrepreneurial by nature
You should also be:
- open-minded and experimental

You have skills in:
- driving revenue for SAAS businesses
- PR, CRM, SEO, partnerships, email, social media and advertising campaigns
- various project and time management tools (Harvest, Asana, Jira, etc)
- Google everything (inc. Ads and Analytics)
- facilitating workshops
You’re partial to:
