What’s The Role About: 

Position Description: Puffco seeks a Content Producer with at least 5 years of media production experience.

Content Producers have knowledge of the ENTIRE production process, including content development, pre-production, strategy, research, and possess excellent writing skills. He or she will be responsible for strategic production in each of our core service areas, including content, live, virtual, and digital. Candidate will lead and ORGANIZE the entire production process including concept development, proposal and script writing, budgeting, facilitating logistics for on-site production, field interviews, VO recording, music composition, post-production oversight, and everything else in the production mix for ALL TYPES OF PROJECTS.

This position liaises heavily with creative teams so candidate MUST be a great with people, collaborating and motivating for the best overall result. A candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit and a “whatever-it-takes” attitude will thrive in our creative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Solid experience (5+ years) producing media for business communications.
• Demonstrated track record producing on-message content using both traditional and new media tools and techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented / Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects and maintain tight deadlines.
• Tasks include taking a project from a creative brief to the final deliverables, maintaining an accurate budget and schedule, managing internal/external resources.
• Collaborative, positive and upbeat personality with a passion for the industry and a desire to grow.

Junior candidates with exceptional drive, ability, and potential will be considered.
