Product Operations Manager

Role Overview
This exciting role encompasses several functions, and you must be comfortable wearing multiple hats. You will work cross-functionally with product, onboarding, marketing, customer success and engineering teams on launching the product experience for new partners, as well as improving the experience with new features for existing partners. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that the content and configuration of these features in production provide the best possible user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for all content across our product experience for our partners. Specifically ensuring content is representative of InStride and partner brands while maintaining accuracy of content and refreshing as needed
- Accountable for owning the configuration of the product experience for our corporate partners in partnership with the tech team, ensuring the ideal experience
- Build a process for content and configuration based on optimizing the platform across the InStride set of supported integrations and user journeys during partner onboarding
- Develop go to market strategies and ensure all needed content is ready when features are ready to be released (including content needed for email supported features)
- Working cross functionally, coordinate the creation and implementation of content for new partner onboardings and new feature rollouts
- Use product analytics to make and support content and configuration decisions
- Partner with implementation and technical project managers to set and establish timelines for delivery of content
- Build and prioritize JIRA tickets for platform configuration and/or content execution
- Establish a communication framework for partners (internal and external) to know when content is ready for review or updated/changed
- Build a content change management process to ensure proper version control and document how content or content modules can be reviewed/edited for any potential customer support needs
Ideal Profile
- 5+ years experience in product operations, preferably for a white label, B2B solution
- Product mentality and/or cross-functional experience working with product, design and creative teams with a passion for crafting and owning high quality user experiences
- Experience partnering with content creation teams (both internal and external) for product content execution. Hands on experience with content management systems is a big plus.
- Project management approach to supporting multiple content creation and execution projects at once with a track record for meeting deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Experience with product analytics and how to make data-informed content decisions
- Understanding of A/B testing, with experience supervising testing a plus
