MISSION:
It is your mission to develop and acquire content for a new Kids’ SVOD platform within established content guidelines and mandates. To achieve this you will research, review and maintain a pulse on kids content across all digital platforms. You will oversee a small team which will assist you as you develop, evaluate and produce content. When content goes into
production you will oversee the producer/production teams and be responsible for successful produced content.

OUTCOMES:
1. Content slate established for launch of the platform: produced, acquired and already owned content.
2. Content release/production plan following launch which is flexible based on platform data
3. Create and execute production plan for new content
4. Working document/matrix of kids content across all platforms in space
5. Identify and maintain a pipeline of show creators who we can partner with
6. Work within established content budget for production and content acquisition
