- Jackson Galaxy is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Content Coordinator who is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment. The goal of this job is to take our content marketing efforts to the next level, building on the success of having acquired thousands of customers and establishing a very strong brand. This role reports into the VP of Marketing.
- Content development, with the intent of attracting new customers, is central to this role. In this role, candidate will apply up-to-date knowledge of media and social trends, natural storytelling skillset and a strong command of content production tools to amplify the Jackson Galaxy brand.
- Project Management: candidate will ensure that projects get produced, delivered and published across various channels on schedule.
- Publisher mindset (brand voice, style and tone, editorial calendar, etc.)
- Editorial experience a plus
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Responsibilities
- Producing compelling content in multiple formats (videos, blog, long form, email and social) from ideation to delivery of digital assets
- Managing editorial production calendar, forward-looking monthly and quarterly
- Managing social media channels and ensuring a consistent pulse of activity
- Working closely with the rest of the marketing team to support product launches, press releases, events, and field marketing
- Working understanding of SEO, a plus
- Incorporating UGC strategies and tie-ins where applicable
