An Insider's view of Wave

What’s the vibe like in the office?

Wave is the most positive job environment I've ever been in. Everyone I work with is very supportive of my work and my lifestyle (LGBTQ+). We enjoy being able to go to lunch together, hang out in Zoom after work, and collaborating on personal music and art projects. When you're Wave, you're family.
