The Position

The Client Social Media Strategist will play a key client-facing role for the company. The primary duty of the role will be to support Socialive clients on developing their brand-appropriate live video strategy, live video content calendar and business objectives. This individual will also help onboard customers on the Socialive software, supporting them with ongoing applications and use cases as well as gathering product feedback and ideas for the Product team. Additionally, the Client Social Media Strategist will be responsible for analyzing clients’ social live video performance and reporting results on a regular cadence.

We would like an individual who can blend strong Account Management skills with a great understanding of social analytics and a creative content mindset. Our ideal candidate has likely worked at a Social Agency in a capacity of supporting multiple clients across campaigns, ongoing social content development and metrics reporting. Experience with Facebook Live and other live channels is a great bonus.

This is a great role for someone who wants to get in at a still evolving stage of a start-up but with clear vision, real traction and growing revenues. Also, this job is right for someone who likes being entrepreneurial, enjoys wearing many hats and is hungry to grow.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with new clients on upfront development of Live Video strategy, objective setting and content calendars
  • Onboarding customers on the Socialive software and walking them through applications of the technology aligned to their needs
  • Ongoing account management, supporting clients in their efforts to optimize their live video content and execution
  • Reviewing client’s live video analytics and creating reports with results as well as recommendations
  • Supporting the sales team with customer conversations as a social strategist
  • Providing key input and feedback to the product team on ways to grow and improve the product for customers

The Candidate

·     4+ years of social agency experience, working with clients on social strategy, execution and reporting

·     Good project and account management skills with great comfortability working with social teams at brands and enterprise organizations

·     Experience conceptualizing social content that has impact

·     Strong handle on social analytics for reporting and measurement purposes

·     Experience with Facebook Live and other live video channels a major plus

·     Strong hunger to learn and grow

·     Unafraid to wear multiple hats

·     Love the startup pace and environment

·     Likable, team-oriented player with great communication skills

Compensation

Commensurate with market, an attractive compensation package will consist of a base salary plus significant equity upside opportunity will be offered to attract the best candidates.
