Brand Experience Manager
The Role:
We’re looking for a Brand Experience Manager to nurture and strengthen SnackNation’s relationships with our Brand Partners (CPG food companies), ensuring we’re providing the right program components and executing them with excellence. This person must have exceptional skills in relationship building, passion for the natural CPG industry (snacks), background in marketing strategy and phenomenal organizational skills to manage a large volume of partnerships. He/she is undeniably comfortable on the phone with strangers and driving presentations PLUS has high standards for work, excellent sales abilities, is a go-getter, problem solver and can drive creative decisions!

What You Get To Do Daily:
Develop strategic multi-channel marketing proposals for CPG food companies
Interface with all brand partners in order to:
Leverage SnackNation’s marketing program components to craft the perfect partnership for our brand and present in proposals regularly
Ensure brand’s experience with SnackNation is outstanding by building a strong relationship, being extremely organized and adhering to outreach touchpoints with enthusiasm and eloquence
Manage SnackNation’s external events program and securing unique, unconventional brand partnerships
Represent the company at trade shows and other networking events
Manage external vendor partnerships under SnackNation’s program offering
Navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying process
Identify prospects’ business needs and goals to determine solution
Work harmoniously in a collaborative and transparent cross-functional environment
What We Expect From You:
2 - 5 years of marketing, advertising, PR or sales experience, and a proven record of meeting and exceeding goals while cultivating strong business relationships
Advertising/Marketing Agency experience a plus/bonus
Extensive experience presenting marketing strategies and tactics to key decision makers
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with understanding of project management principles and processes
Strong interpersonal skills, an enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
Expert in all MS Office programs and Google apps (knowledge of SalesForce and Outreach is a plus)
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholders
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
