The Role

As a fundamental member of the Marketing & Communication Team, you will play a significant role in contributing to the growth and success of Vezeeta. This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas as well as work at the forefront of the health-tech industry.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the GTM strategy and lead generation for marketing.
  • Provide short- and long-term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B clients.
  • Lead and ensure consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials – coordinating and socializing with content, creative, sales and broader organization.
  • Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help to position and to message.
  • Manage marketing spend and measure performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing plans that may include email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, and website updates.
  • Develop and deliver a global (product) marketing calendar.
  • Manage PR, social media and community building efforts for prospects in alignment with the corporate guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. MBA preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of experience directly managing B2B Digital Marketing programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results.
  • Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis.
  • Good Analytics and Google Ad Word certified.
  • Hands-on experience with digital media including SEM, display, social, email, and affiliate channels.
  • Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles.
  • Ability to create value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the budgeting process and use of analytical skills, including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions.
  • Excellent communication skills – strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines. Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Salesforce to nurture, track and report on lead conversions.
  • Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities.
  • Team player with ability to work cross-functionally.
