Ad Operations Manager

Santa Monica, CA

MomentFeed is growing like wildfire, and needs an outstanding Ad Operations Manager with Facebook and/or Snapchat campaign management experience to help our multi-location clients solve their biggest mobile advertising challenges.

Our award-winning software empowers marketing and advertising teams at multi-location businesses like Starbucks, Cricket Wireless, Jamba Juice, and Pizza Hut to influence customers on mobile phones at every point in their customer journey. We help our enterprise clients harness the power of the most effective mobile ad networks - Facebook, Google, Apple, Yelp, Bing and more – to drive consumers to visit their stores, shops and restaurants.

Experience working with high-profile brands and/or ad agencies in the retail, restaurant, banking, automotive, hospitality and insurance industries is a plus.

As our Ad Ops Manager, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and renewing clients using of MomentFeed’s Paid Media solutions. You will partner with senior media sales executives to help them achieve their business objectives, drive client adoption, accelerate client’s time to value, and provide digital paid media expertise internally and externally.

This is a key position for MomentFeed – you will play a critical role in the success of our mobile advertising products and solutions.

Candidates must be experienced with Facebook ad campaign management.

This is an opportunity to work independently and solve a myriad of challenges with a combination of creativity and determination. You must be a self-starter, be proactive, and have experience working with large brands and network partners such as Facebook.

YOU WILL

  • Build strong relationships with both brand and agency clients, demonstrating campaign success and growing advertising spend through trust and results
  • Create, optimize, and report on clients’ advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat
  • Manage client account creation, configuration and training efforts
  • Ensure clients understand paid media best practices to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Identify opportunities to extend MomentFeed’s solution footprint and work with our sales team to achieve growth goals
  • Work with our client success team and ad agency partners to identify and resolve all issues that could impact campaign success or client satisfaction
  • Prioritize and drive resolution on escalated client issues
  • Translate campaign successes into client reports / presentations, then into client success stories and case studies
  • Develop and maintain expertise on industry trends, practices and the competitive landscape as it relates to mobile advertising, social media advertising, and ad tech

YOU HAVE

  • 3+ years working with Facebook’s native Ad platform or with an FMP ad platform
  • Successful track record of renewals, spend growth and upsells
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with clients 
  • Proven success aligning client briefs to campaign / ad solutions, as well as gathering and demonstrating ROI information
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of social, search, and/or mobile marketing
  • Proven ability to engage with clients across departments (e.g., client social, client media teams, internal product management)
  • Bachelor degree required; business or technical degree preferred
